Thiis dark teal two piece crown brim felt combination hat is hand blocked. The crown is embellished with a thin multi-color blue, green, and gold band at the crown. There are two side bows and the brim is also embellished on the edge with the same tri color fabric.  This hat is part of the Hats of Distinction felt hat collection offered by Kay's Art of Millinery.
